1. What these terms cover
These terms govern your use of partnersig.com. They are not the contract under which we arrange transportation. Freight moves under a separate written agreement — a broker-carrier agreement, a transportation services agreement, or the terms printed on a rate confirmation and bill of lading. Where those documents and this page disagree, those documents win.
2. Using the site
You may use this site to learn about our services, request a rate and submit carrier or career information. You may not use it to scrape content at volume, probe or test our systems, submit false information, or send anything unlawful or malicious.
3. Quotes and rates
Rates published or returned through this site are quotations, not offers capable of acceptance, and are subject to equipment availability, accurate freight information and written confirmation. A rate becomes binding when it appears on a rate confirmation issued by us and accepted by the other party.
A quotation assumes the shipment details you provide are accurate. Weight, dimensions, commodity, accessorial requirements and appointment constraints all change the price. Where actual freight differs from what was described, the rate is subject to correction.
4. Our status
Partners International Group is a licensed property broker and a motor carrier. On any given shipment we act in one capacity or the other, and which one applies is identified on the rate confirmation. Our operating authority details are available on request. As a broker we arrange transportation; we do not assume carrier liability for that freight except as expressly agreed in writing.
5. Information on this site
Equipment descriptions, coverage, transit times and service descriptions on this site are general and provided in good faith. They change, and they vary by lane and by season. Nothing on this site is a warranty or a service-level commitment; commitments are made in a signed agreement or on a rate confirmation.
6. Intellectual property
The content, layout, text and marks on this site belong to Partners International Group or are used with permission. You may reproduce reasonable extracts for the purpose of evaluating our services. Everything else requires our written permission.
7. Third-party links
Where we link to another site we do so for convenience. We do not control it and are not responsible for its content or its handling of your information.
8. Disclaimers and liability
This site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement in relation to the site itself.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here affects our liability for freight, which is governed by the applicable transportation agreement, the bill of lading and 49 U.S.C. § 14706 where it applies.
9. Claims
Cargo claims are governed by the transportation agreement and the bill of lading, including time limits for filing a claim and for bringing suit. Report damage or loss to info@partnersig.com as soon as it is discovered — delay makes a claim harder to prove, not easier.
10. Privacy
Information you submit is handled as described in our privacy policy.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of laws rules, and the state and federal courts sitting in Cook County, Illinois have exclusive jurisdiction. Federal transportation law applies where it applies regardless of this section.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the date you use the site.
